About The Monreal Foundation
The Monreal Foundation began on February 1, 1995 to carry on the legacy started by our parents Longino and Lucy Monreal. They had a vision of advancing the economic condition, educational attainment, housing, small business opportunities and health of all Austinites through community-based programs. In our very first board meeting we came up with the motto "MAKING A DIFFERENCE". That has been and will continue to be our number one goal, to make a positive difference in the lives of all of those that we serve in the Austin Metropolitan Area.
Upcoming Projects to Fund
We are passionate about our cause's. If you share that passion, we welcome your help! Our five primary projects you can help us fund is our annual back to school program where we provide backpacks and school supplies to those in need, our first time home buyer program, our down payment assistance program, our lease to own program and our small business counseling program.
